Privacy Policy

This policy covers the dimbo.ai website. It does not describe the Dimbo product, which runs on your own infrastructure and processes your data under a separate agreement.

What we collect

When you request a Deadline Audit or write to us, we receive what you send: your name, work email, company, company size, role and message. That's it. We use it only to reply to you and arrange the audit. It is delivered to our team by email (to info@dimbo.ai) and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

Cookies & tracking

The website sets one strictly-necessary cookie to remember your language choice (see the Cookie Policy). We use our own first-party analytics, hosted on our infrastructure: they set no cookies and store nothing on your device, not even in local or session storage. Your IP address and browser string are combined into a one-way hash with a key that changes daily, used only to tell visits apart within a single day, and neither is ever stored. Data is kept for 12 months. Nothing is shared with third parties and there is no cross-site tracking. There are no advertising trackers on this site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete the data you sent, or withdraw your request at any time — just write to info@dimbo.ai. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for product engagements is available on request.
